Impulses, impulses… got a random piercing

This is going to be a short one. I’ve always wanted an ear piercing higher up on my ear. I hemmed and hawwed for years where finally I just impulsively got it pierced at a random mall.

The sucker stings though I admit. There’s an overpriced saline solution that they upsell. (Yes I bought it lol).

So yeah, it was a good experience overall. They say I need to leave it for 6 months so that the hole doesn’t close up. I got a 3mm stud earring and I’m looking forward to getting a second.

Aliexpress – Shoe Holder Review $10.00 (ish)

I have a tinyyyyyyy room. I need to maximize all of my space. Check out my space in this post. So anyways, I like to buy things that help me optimize the walk-in closest that I call my room. These shoe organizers run $10-$15 a pop, which is pretty expensive given that I need about 20 of them lol. This video is me putting o of them together.

Initially, I was pretty upset. It didn’t slide smoothly like in the reviews and I began to miss my $60 ( I bought 6 of them). My boyfriend plopped a heavy chest on top of them and Et Voila ~ it suddenly worked. These things stack, so it needed something to anchor them. Now they glide smoothly no problem.

Twinkle Twinkle Little Bao ~โ˜†

There’s this super cute dumpling shop near my job. They have a nice bao + specialty drink special for like $10.34 lol. The staff is really friendly and nice to look at lol.

They have the cutest Heimlich Maneuver poster:

I accidentally broke their floating magnet tree thing by mistake too >.< Cause I’m clumsy AF.

Overall its a great healthy bite at a decent price. This place is cashless so be forewarned.

Oh, Hey Mr. Carter ~

I’m no Beyonce lol, and my Mister is definitely not a Carter. But somehow Arthur equals Carter in Starbucks. I used to work for Starbucks and that whole “Baristas-spell-everyone’s-names-wrong-for-fun” stuff is a lie. The music is freaking loud, and if you mumble even in the slightest, Kathy turns into Denisse lol. If you have an accent, speak to quickly, have a unique name to begin with, have a unique name that sounds really close to a common one (ie Janae vs Jenny), then yeah, your name might get spelled wrong.

Overall, I thought it was hilarious that Arthur ended up Carter lol.

Dallas BBQ with Miki and the big bro

So I have a weird quirk where I don’t like sitting in restaurant store windows. (See above picture). I’ve been told sitting there brings in more customers and makes the place look desirable. But I’m a people-watcher, and I don’t like (knowing that) I’m being watched back. When I’m eating I feel as if I’m sitting behind double sided glass, I can see out but no one can see in. I don’t know where I got this notion lol, but it stuck.

Recently I was forced to sit in the window due to lack of space at one of my favorite haunts in Koreatown (Woorijip on 32nd), and boy were people all up IN MA PLATE! Now I get what’s it liked lol. Will I stop people watching? Nope. But you won’t catch me eating in storefronts anymore either.
